Local Pickup Option and Forfeiture Policy

Local Pickup:
Customers who prefer to pick up their orders locally can take advantage of our convenient local pickup option. Typically, orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours on working days. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification. You can then collect your items from our location at:

Forfeiture of Purchases:
Please note that any orders not picked up within 3 months from the date of notification will be considered forfeited. We will not hold orders beyond this period. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, the items will no longer be available for pickup, and no refunds will be issued for the forfeited items.

Return Policy

Eligibility:
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once you ship your return, please email us at info@mademobb.com with the subject line "RETURN [Your Order Number]" to notify us.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@mademobb.com.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Providing the correct shipping address is solely the customer’s responsibility. If you provide an incorrect address, we will attempt to rectify the situation if possible, but we cannot guarantee a resolution. Please ensure that you confirm the correct address before placing your order. We take no responsibility for errors in shipping due to incorrect addresses, and this is entirely your responsibility.

Stolen Items:
We are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen after the shipment has left our facility. Please ensure that you track your package and secure its delivery.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
All sale items are final, and gift cards or one-of-one customs cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the original item following the return process outlined above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
